The goal of this trail-relocation project was to create a safer Walton Boulevard underpass while managing the location’s floodplain issues. CEI’s services included surveying, civil engineering, drainage, a flood study, landscape design, preparation of construction documents, permitting and construction observation. Pedestrians and cyclists can now enjoy a scenic view from the new bridge crossing and safely traverse this busy intersection while traffic flows uninterrupted along the busy boulevard above.
