Working as a subconsultant for RS&H, CEI provided survey and construction observation services for the East Apron Expansion. The project consisted of constructed a new concrete apron approximately 800′ long by 120′ wide, a 20′ wide bituminous paved shoulder, drainage improvements including installation of a new concrete box culvert, and relocation of replacement utilities. The construction cost is approximately $4.5 million.
