John DeGunya, PE

With over 15 years of experience as a civil engineer and 10 years as project manager, John is a knowledgeable resource and skilled manager who strives to be a solutions-oriented partner with public agencies, private developers, technical experts, consultants, public organizations, special interest groups, property owners, key stakeholders and the general public.

John is proud to be a project manager and civil engineer for the CEI Fresno office, where he is the Engineer of Record for California projects and a first-line supervisor of a staff of designers, municipal code researchers, and technical support. John focuses on providing solutions for clients looking to develop or enhance their western United States presence. He is well-versed in all aspects of development, including concept plans, budgeting, zoning, program management, entitlements support, and preparation of preliminary and final civil improvement plans.
