Mr. Temple is a highly qualified professional land surveyor with more than 40 years of experience. He is an incredible resource for the team and his clients, and has held several progressive roles throughout his career. He started out as a rodman on a survey crew back in 1976 and moved through the ranks, eventually serving as Survey Department Leader (CEI and Garver) and Vice President of Energy Services (Crafton Tull). Today, Mr. Temple is a Survey Project Manager for the Bentonville office of CEI.
He obtained his first land surveyor’s license in Arkansas in 1984. He has since become licensed in 15 other states and obtained his Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS) certification in 2000. He served as the 2006 president of the San Joaquin Valley Chapter of California Land Surveyor’s Association, and has been an instructor of the Arkansas Specific Exam Review Course at the State Conference of the Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors since October 2013.
His project experience ranges from ALTA/NSPS land title surveys for large commercial properties with topographic features to construction staking of large wind farms in Texas and Iowa. His experience and insight help clients determine a detailed scope of work to meet the project budget, and he understands how to expedite projects to meet critical deadlines.
