Charles ‘Chip’ Ashley, PLA, ASLA

An expert in national fuel program development, I have worked with CEI Engineering since my University of Arkansas days. In that time, I completed more than 1,200 projects and built a network of proven industry professionals that reached 40 states and spans two decades. I am a registered landscape architect in 17 states and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Driving my clients’ programs from a comprehensive perspective, I am backed by CEI’s nationally recognized development experts, designers, project managers, and client services. We identify and manage location diversity issues and collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders. Most importantly, I understand my clients’ endgame, and I know what it takes and who it takes to move a program from concept to grand opening.

Having managed national programs that include many recognized Fortune 500 companies specializing in c-store and truck stop development, retail facilities, tire centers, outlet developments, quick-service and fast casual restaurants, I am more than just a consultant. I am a proven and well-regarded industry professional and team leader, and I thrive on finding solutions, developing systems, and building teams that let my clients rest well.
