CEI employs personnel as a part of the Human Resources and Training Department whose sole responsibility is to prepare our associates with necessary skills to be successful within their roles.

A brief summary of our program is below:

• Technical Training - provided by licensed professionals/management/project managers, etc. on specific topics

• CEI University - This program is comprised of a series of in-house trainings, paired with external seminars to prepare our project management associates for success.

• Professional memberships/development programs/certifications - CEI has in house personnel that assist with registration and managing of CEU's, as well as absorbs the cost for licensure for all licensed associates.

• Mentoring Programs - With the concept in mind of "Developing Our Own" the mentoring program is a one on one approach to develop associates for future leadership opportunities.

• Brown Bag Seminars - Bring your lunch and come with an open mind as you never know what you may learn.
